TESTIMONIALS:

M E M B E R S :

What BATTALION 22 is doing for veterans is real, and it matters. You bring people together and make sure none of us feel like we’re doing life alone. I’m truly grateful for the time, the muscle, and the heart you put into helping me move. Thanks for being there when I needed it and for everything you do!

The members of BATTALION 22 have helped me battle the inner demons, anxiety and keep the nightmares at bay. I can count on these guys if I need someone to talk to and vent to and support if I need help. Not just with veteran issues but with life in general. They are counselors and brothers. Friends and family. Brothers in arms.

BATTALION 22 saves my life every week. Honestly, if not for a purpose like this group I would have thrown in the towel already. I'm not ashamed to say it, the first veterans' life that BATTALION 22 saves is mine.

CRISIS AVOIDED WITH CONNECTIONS AND DONATIONS FROM BATTALION 22!

Milton Clark was drafted into the ARMY and proudly served his country in Viet Nam. In 2024 he found his way to a BATTALION 22 meeting. At the time he was living in his truck and surviving on a meager income. With the help of our contacts in the Veterans Administration Milton was evaluated and granted a disability rating of 100%, qualified and received permanent housing, and is now living quite comfortably.

In the interim BATTALION 22 provided Milton with meals, cash for his daily necessities, and the occasional hotel room accommodations. He remains an active member at meetings and has been known to attend several of our events.

We’re glad that we could help Milton!
